Daniel J. Stratton, President/Founder - ProVision Network, Inc.

Dan Stratton has been a member of the Wall Street community since 1981, first as a Yale-educated businessman with exceptional acumen, and today as a pastor and entrepreneur with a vision for using the Marketplace to unite the Body of Christ.

During his career as one of New York’s top traders, Dan worked on the New York Commodity Exchange and secured seats on the New York Mercantile Exchange. He was also a bold witness for Christ in a place where faith was not openly discussed. He led Bible studies, wrote and distributed a weekly faith newsletter to his fellow traders, and led monthly “Spirit of Revival” meetings in New Jersey. Then, in the mid 1990s, Dan and his wife, Ann, heard God’s call and obeyed—Dan left his lucrative career on the Exchanges, and they founded three organizations:

• Faith Exchange Fellowship - a church in the heart of New York City’s Financial District
• ProVision Network (PVN) - an international Christian Marketplace ministry
• ChristTown - an investment company working with PVN members

On September 11th, 2001, when the Twin Towers were destroyed, Dan and his congregation, based at 90 West Street just two hundred feet south of the towers, took a bold stand of faith against the enemy, praying God’s protection over all their members. Miraculously, although many people in Faith Exchange Fellowship’s congregation worked in or around the World Trade Center, not one of the church’s members was injured or killed, nor were any of their family members. Fires raged in 90 West Street for days, leaving the church without a base of operations, and still they did not miss one service, staying committed to the consistent ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Dan and Ann Stratton have followed God’s guidance and have led the church to new headquarters on Wall Street, making Faith Exchange Fellowship a lighthouse of hope to a community struggling in the aftermath of the attacks. Their boldly-stated mission is to vanquish the root of all evil (the love of money), to stand triumphant against all fear, to declare victory over grief as the city heals, to proclaim the only peace that lasts, and to declare and demonstrate to New York City that love never fails. The church community and its ministries are growing rapidly, and Dan continues to believe that nothing is impossible in Christ.
