If there is any issue with your VRP expereince, it helps us to know who we referred you to. Additonally, we can keep the Vendor accountable to contacting the referrals their company receives if we know those who have been referred to them.

A: Our Vendors are selected using the following guidelines.

• Must be in good standing with the BBB
• Must have a business philosophy that is in line with PVNs vision and goals
• Must be licensed where appropriate
• Must be monitored for a period of time for quality assurance
