ProVision Network is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. ProVision created this Privacy Statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the privacy of the members of this Service and guests and users of the Site. The following discloses how we gather and use information on the Site. We use the information we collect about our members and guests to help understand who visits our site and why. ProVision does collect aggregate information on the members and guests of the Site. This refers to information that cannot be traced back to a specific individual. We automatically gather certain information about you based upon your activity on the Site or the way you use the Service. How does ProVision protect your personal information? ProVision employs security systems to protect the information we receive from our members and visitors. In addition, the information in your ProVision Personal Membership Profile is password-protected so that only the member may access or change the information. You should not share your password with anyone. ProVision personnel will never ask you to divulge your password in written or electronic communications. We will only ask you for your password when you contact us and only in cases where you request customer service to correct a service problem which requires your password. Please be aware that Internet data transmission is not always 100% secure and we cannot warrant that information you transmit. Because security is important to ProVision and our members and visitors, we will always make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems.

Member's use and ownership of any and all information that ProVision has gathered for the member on the member's use and visits to the site and member's guest's visit to the member's site is the property of ProVision Network and Newton, Inc. Use of this information by the member other than for the purposes of PVN is strictly prohibited. All information gathered and provided to the member shall remain within the system and any attempts to download or modify this data is prohibited. Members should utilize any and all methods necessary to keep the information provided to the members about their guests and other participants and their visit to the member's site as private as possible and this information shall not be distributed in any fashion outside of the system in which it is provided to the members by ProVision.

Privacy Statement Changes

If ProVision Network changes any of the Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and to whom we will disclose it. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Statement at any time. Please be sure to check this page periodically for changes. If you are under 18, be sure to get your parent's permission before disclosing any information about yourself to anyone on the Internet. Acceptance of These Terms

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the ProVision Site. Use of the ProVision Site is subject to the Privacy Policy, which constitutes a legal agreement between you (the Guest) and ProVision Network. Each time that you use the ProVision site, you signify that your have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with any information and do not use the ProVision Site. Your continued use of the ProVision in light of changes to this Statement will signify your acceptance of the changes.
